What is your delivery time?

KROSSTOUCHE® products are currently available through pre-order. Once the pre-order closes, orders will enter production and quality control before being dispatched.

Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from the pre-order closing date.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer complimentary UK delivery on all orders.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How can I track my order?
