Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the item is:

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund process.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear and boxers cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Any item returned in an unsuitable condition may be refused.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@krosstouche.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with your statutory consumer rights.
